Record-breaking Euros
With the first weekend of the Euros behind us, itās safe to say that it hasnāt disappointed.
In just the opening four games, 16 goals were scored. Thatās the most goals scored in any major international tournament since Euro 1976.
And, the best part isā¦ we donāt have to wait till the dying moments for action.
In fact, at least three goals have been scored before half-time in three games. At Euro 2020, that happened in two matches in total.
So, with so many goals already and 44 matches to be played, it looks like this yearās tournament is on track to break the scoring record.
And if that wasnāt enough, then this Euros has already proven to be a tournament for lots of broken recordsā¦
Albaniaās Nedim Bajramiās broke the record for the fastest goal in Euros history in just 23 seconds against Italy. (Watch)
16-year-old Lamine Yamal became the youngest man to play at a European Championshipā¦ and boy did he play.
Hungaryās Dominik Szobozlai became the youngest man to captain a team at the Euros at 23 years and 234 days.
There were plenty of other records broken for the teamsā¦
Long story short: weāre in for a wild ride over the next month.
So, buckle up. Clear the calendar for the next four weeks. And enjoy.

Hottest Take of the Day
Todayās Hottest Take of the Day is: I think Szoboszlai was able to showcase his talents way better in the Bundesliga for Leipzig because he was always playing higher up. At Liverpool, heās had to track back more to cover TAA, so his attacking quality isnāt being shown as much. Heās been quite good when heās playing higher-up, which is why Liverpool paid 60 million for him. Thanks to Vish from Singapore for the entry. Submit another Hot Take of the Day here.
I feel I can make a difference in any game. I play fearlessly because thatās what I love to do.
